Responsible for processing O2O sales orders, preparing contracts, and issuing invoices according to company regulations. Coordinates with relevant departments to manage documentation and update order statuses in the system.
Requires a university degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in administration or order coordination. Proficiency in office software and experience in automotive, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.

Lên hợp đồng, xuất hóa đơn cho các đơn hàng đủ điều kiện theo yêu cầu.
Theo dõi, tiếp nhận và quản lý hợp đồng, chứng từ cọc (COC), hóa đơn sau khi được đóng dấu.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo tiến độ bàn giao hồ sơ và cung cấp đầy đủ chứng từ cho khách hàng.
Cập nhật dữ liệu, theo dõi trạng thái đơn hàng và hợp đồng trên hệ thống.
Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính, thủ tục liên quan đến quá trình xử lý đơn hàng khi được phân công.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: Kinh tế, Kế toán, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hành chính, thủ tục hợp đồng, xử lý đơn hàng hoặc điều phối.
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt giữa các bộ phận.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực ôtô, bán lẻ hoặc thương mại điện tử.
