L’échelle de rémunération ci-dessus comprend un pourcentage de commissions basé sur le pourcentage moyen des commissions gagnées par nos employés occupant des fonctions similaires. Le versement des commissions est conditionnel au respect de l’ensemble des exigences et conditions d’admissibilité établis par les programmes et politiques de commissions applicables. Lesdits programmes et politiques peuvent être modifiés par l’entreprise en tout temps, à son entière discrétion, afin de mieux refléter l’évolution de la structure d’affaires, des objectifs et des stratégies.
Qualifications : Vous devez offrir 32 heures de disponibilité hebdomadaire, incluant des quarts de travail continus de 5 heures les jours de semaine et les fins de semaine, avec un minimum de deux plages de couverture pour l’ouverture et deux pour la fermeture, incluant une disponibilité complète pour une journée en semaine. Les quarts de travail seront d’une durée d’au moins 5 heures.
