The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class service while promoting and activating CLUB memberships for store guests. They are responsible for product demonstrations, maintaining the CLUB booth, and supporting store-wide operational goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and up to two years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work on the sales floor are required.

The CLUB Outfitter will be the product expert while executing account servicing and other CLUB processes to include acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.
