The Sales Agent is responsible for sourcing and developing leads while maintaining a competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals. They must provide excellent customer service and ensure high retention rates for the company's insurance products.
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses. A high school diploma is required, and successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen is mandatory.
