The Intake Manager is responsible for leading a team of Intake Leads and Specialists to drive end-to-end conversion performance and operational excellence. This includes coaching staff, analyzing performance data, and managing complex client escalations to ensure high service standards.
Candidates need 3-5 years of consultative sales experience and 2-4 years of leadership experience, with a required bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree and experience in legal or financial services are preferred.
