Responsible for receiving, sorting, and pricing donated merchandise while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ensures quality control of items and transports processed goods to the sales floor to meet production goals.
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Preference is given to candidates with knowledge of retail, stock handling, and popular brand trends.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Team Leader Coach or designee, the Production Team Member is responsible for transporting merchandise from the donor’s vehicle to the donation sorting station, processing and sorting all donations into sellable, salvage, and trash categories, pricing merchandise, sorting and hanging apparel, transporting priced hardline (wares, books/media, shoes, furniture, etc.) and soft-line (apparel and linen) merchandise to the sales floor staging area, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining work area safety with cleanliness and orderliness.
