RNA Facilities Management is seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Janitorial Quality Assurance Manager to elevate service delivery and ensure contract compliance across assigned client sites. You will lead inspection programs, coach frontline teams, and partner with operations and clients to achieve measurable quality, safety, and productivity outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong janitorial operations knowledge, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to influence results across multiple shifts.
