The Sales Outfitter is responsible for providing world-class customer service by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and assisting with buying decisions. Candidates must have at least a high school education or equivalent experience and the ability to operate a computerized point of sale system. The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
