How you’ll make an impact:
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Product & Technology Officerwill serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, helping translate the organization’s most critical, strategic, complex, and high-risk enterprise and Product & Technology priorities into clear decisions, coordinated action, and measurable outcomes.
This role will operate across the Chief Product & Technology Officer’s portfolio and the Executive Leadership Team, connecting Product, Technology, Media Technology and Operations, Product and Information, Advertising Product, and other corporate and business stakeholders.
The Chief of Staff will create the operating mechanisms that keep priorities visible, decisions moving, risks surfaced, and leaders accountable for follow-through, while leading cross-functional initiatives that span organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.
Success will be measured by the Chief Product & Technology Officer’s ability to focus on the highest-value enterprise priorities; the clarity and effectiveness of the organization’s operating cadence; the speed and quality of cross-functional decisions; and the consistent execution of strategic initiatives across the Product & Technology portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Executive Strategy and Decision Support
Serve as a recognized internal and external expert in executive operations, enterprise strategy, and organizational effectiveness, bringing authoritative perspective to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and senior leaders.
Determine and introduce leading-edge business, operating, and decision-making approaches that improve how the Product & Technology portfolio sets direction and executes against strategic objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, providing objective analysis, recommendations, and a proactive view of risks, opportunities, and organizational dynamics.
Help define, prioritize, and communicate the Product & Technology portfolio’s most important enterprise priorities and strategic outcomes.
Prepare executive briefings, decision memos, talking points, presentations, and other materials for ELT meetings, leadership reviews, board-related moments, and critical internal communications.
Distill complex business, product, technology, operational, and financial information into clear choices, tradeoffs, and recommended actions.
Anticipate information and decisions the Chief Product & Technology Officer will need and coordinate the right people, data, and analysis to support timely resolution.
Operate with discretion and sound judgment, managing sensitive matters, stakeholder dynamics, and critical escalations professionally.
Portfolio Operating Cadence and Governance

Establish clear governance practices for cross-functional decisions, escalations, dependencies, and risk management across the Product & Technology portfolio
Maintain a single source of truth for enterprise priorities, milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, and accountability.
Aggregate and synthesize performance updates, operating metrics, and strategic progress for the Chief Product & Technology Officer and the ELT.
Identify gaps in reporting, metrics, or operating mechanisms and implement improvements that increase transparency, speed, and accountability.
Track decisions and commitments through completion, escalating risks early with options and recommendations.

Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Technology Operations, Media Technology and Operations, Advertising Product, Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Security, and other stakeholders as needed.
Translate strategic priorities into integrated plans with clear owners, milestones, decision points, measures of success, and communication requirements.
Surface cross-portfolio tradeoffs and help leaders align on sequencing, resource allocation, scope, and risk.
Facilitate resolution of issues that span multiple functions, organizations, or executive stakeholders.
Drive organizational transformation, process improvement, and new ways of working that strengthen execution at scale.
Executive Communications and Alignment
Develop clear narratives and communications that connect the Chief Product & Technology Officer’s priorities to company strategy, business outcomes, team member impact, and customer value.
Support ELT, Product & Technology leadership, all-hands, offsite, and other executive forums with agendas, content, preparation, and follow-through.

Handle confidential business, personnel, financial, product, technology, and organizational information with a high degree of discretion and integrity.

What you’ll need:
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
