The Field Communications team is seeking a Corporate Vice President to serve as a strategic communications partner to the Head of Agency and Agency senior leadership. This role is responsible for developing and executing internal executive communications that support business priorities, strengthen leadership engagement, and drive alignment across New York Life’s Career Agency distribution system and home office.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong business acumen to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling communications for a variety of audiences. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound judgment and discretion, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders while leveraging modern communication and AI-enabled tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and impact.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
