Lead the development and scaling of Topstep's influencer and creator ecosystem to drive brand awareness and trust among traders. This includes managing end-to-end campaign execution, recruiting partners, and establishing operational workflows for measurement and reporting.
Requires over 5 years of strategic and executional influencer marketing experience with deep knowledge of the creator economy. Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
The Senior Manager, Influencer & Partnerships is Topstep's dedicated lead for influencer and creator marketing — responsible for building, shaping, and scaling a partnership ecosystem that drives awareness, trust, and connection with our traders and aspiring traders. This isn't a purely executional role. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic muscle and operational follow-through: someone who can help develop compelling influencer strategies and campaign concepts, collaborate closely with internal teams to bring them to life, and own the end-to-end execution of creator programs from ideation through reporting. This is an important role that will serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for Topstep's growing roster of influencer and creator partners.
