Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and strong proficiency in MS Office and document management software. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information while working in a hybrid environment.

The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Disability Administrative Department including sorting and processing mail, assigning and supporting work for the team, and handling administrative duties on a day-to-day basis.
The Disability Administrative Department provides critical support to Workplace Solutions. Group disability is the largest client, but the team also supports other lines of business including life, medical, drug, underwriting, out of country and critical illness.

The base salary for this position is between $34,900 - $47,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
