The specialist will lead the strategic migration of customer data and campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze. They are responsible for mapping workflows, identifying technical risks, and ensuring the accuracy of the new system configuration.
Candidates must have proven experience managing Braze and completing migrations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong technical expertise in data structures, campaign logic, and Braze architecture is required, with certifications being highly preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist (Braze) to support a customer migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Braze.
This is a strategic and technical consulting engagement for someone who has successfully completed similar migrations and can confidently guide the project from planning through implementation and validation.
The specialist will initially review and validate the proposed migration approach, scope, effort, and resourcing assumptions. Once the project begins, they will work closely with the client’s technical team to map the migration process, provide technical direction, identify risks, and ensure that all required data, campaign logic, configurations, and workflows are transferred accurately.
