The Construction Administrator acts as a liaison between stakeholders to oversee construction progress and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities include attending site meetings, reviewing construction documentation, and managing project deficiencies and change orders.

MCW is currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our Toronto office. This position plays a key role in supporting the construction phase of projects by acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, developers, clients, architects, general contractors, sub-trades, and suppliers. The successful candidate will attend job site meetings, review construction progress, and help ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet or exceed the standards identified in project specifications and construction drawings.
This role requires construction administration experience and an understanding of either mechanical or electrical building systems. Knowledge of both disciplines is a strong asset; however, candidates with solid experience in one discipline are encouraged to apply. This posting is for an existing vacancy within MCW.
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (Salary is commensurate with the relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and alignment with the role requirements).
