Objetivo del Rol
Diseñar, administrar y optimizar plataformas Microsoft en entornos on-premise, híbridos y Azure, garantizando disponibilidad, seguridad, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia operativa para clientes de banca, gobierno y sector público.
Responsabilidades Principales
Administrar infraestructura Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking, Backup, Site Recovery y monitoreo).
Gestionar identidad y accesos mediante Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access y PIM.
Administrar plataformas Microsoft on-premise: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange y Microsoft 365.
Gestionar soluciones de seguridad Microsoft (Sentinel, Defender, Defender for Cloud y PKI).
Administrar dispositivos corporativos mediante Intune y SCCM/MECM.
Operar y dar soporte a entornos Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Ejecutar migraciones de infraestructura e identidades hacia Azure.
Gestionar costos cloud utilizando Azure Cost Management y Azure Advisor.
Mantener documentación técnica, estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento.
Automatizar tareas mediante PowerShell y apoyar procesos de mejora continua.

Más de 5 años de experiencia en infraestructura Microsoft y entornos híbridos.
Experiencia comprobada en Azure y Microsoft 365.
Participación en proyectos de migración, modernización y operación de infraestructura crítica.
