Job Description

• Collaborate with product content teams, marketing, sales, information architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product content and digital asset processes. 
• Prioritize and validate digital asset requests based on business and customer needs, ensuring quality guidelines are met and accurate metadata is collected. 
• Maintain, and manage product data in systems of record, including the client ecosystem, to support client omni-channel digital presence. 
• Monitor, prioritize, and execute product updates while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across platforms and business groups. 
• Continuously streamline and improve processes while developing subject matter expertise in the client Global Product Hierarchy and related product content management standards. 
• Follow and enforce established processes related to product data and digital asset management, and support onboarding and training of new team members. 
• Communicate regularly with the Team Lead regarding performance, workload, and project progress, while participating in relevant meetings and maintaining awareness of best practices. 
• Ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness, compliance, and quality of the services provided. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead in relation to product content and digital asset service offerings.
