We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve.
We are looking for a Director, Growth Initiatives who can take bold ideas and turn them into real-world outcomes. This role is designed as a launchpad into the company — a chance to work side-by-side with our executive team, gain broad exposure across operations, partnerships, finance, clinical programs, and product, and deliver visible results that shape the future of our business. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify game-changing ideas, influence and direct change, and turn that into real outcomes. You'll own initiatives that travel from concept to launch.
We want someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets their hands dirty, and is energized by hard problems. If you are motivated by solving tough problems, learning quickly, and making a measurable impact, this role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career while advancing AndHealth’s mission.
This position will report to the VP, Growth Initiatives. In the absence of the VP, this position will report to the next level manager unless otherwise defined or assigned.
