This role bridges clinical operations and business development by serving as a clinical resource for facility leadership and supporting the integration of providers. The practitioner will balance direct patient care with the implementation of clinical programs and the strengthening of facility partnerships across Ohio.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, an active Ohio NP license, and National Board Certification. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Post-Acute Care and the ability to travel throughout Ohio are highly preferred.
Description
At Alteas Health, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to bridge Clinical Operations and Business Development throughout Ohio. This unique role combines direct patient care with clinical partnership, program implementation, provider support, and facility engagement to strengthen relationships and expand access to high-quality specialty care.
Working alongside Clinical Operations and Business Development leadership, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource while continuing to care for patients, support new partnerships, and help drive the success of innovative clinical programs across the region.
