Lead the CSA discipline for various projects, overseeing the design and analysis of foundations and steel structures. Responsible for managing a team of engineers and designers while ensuring compliance with local building codes and client specifications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) registration. Candidates must have at least 15 years of civil/structural design experience, with 10 years specifically in the refining or petrochemical industry.
The Senior Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Engineer will be expected to be the discipline CSA lead for different projects and perform shallow and deep foundation design, steel structures design including steel connections design, finite element analysis, retaining wall design, and compliance with local building codes and client specifications. This role will oversee multiple CSA engineers and CSA designers assigned to the project. This engineer will lead and assist with estimates including FEED estimates. He/She will be accountable for completing tasks within a given budget and schedule. The Senior CSA engineer will need to be a good communicator to work with various engineering disciplines, the project team, estimating, client, fabrication shops, module assembly shops, and construction to complete the project.
