The Design Manager supervises and mentors a team of Design Engineers while creating departmental SOPs and championing design standardization. They coordinate with sales and project managers to ensure design requirements and commitment dates are met.
Requires fire sprinkler industry design experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience, with a preference for an Associate Degree in Fire Protection Design or 5 years of design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and NFPA standards is essential.

This position will work closely with various internal departments as well as general contractors and building owners.
