The Operations Support Supervisor manages client needs, oversees project coordinators, and ensures projects remain on target through constant communication. They are also responsible for developing feasibility studies, maintaining progress reports, and serving as a subject matter expert for the telecom business.
Candidates should have a track record of high-quality work, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in the telecom industry and the ability to interpret technical maps and diagrams are highly valued.
