Own facility operations for the Lubbock site: MEP plant health, the maintenance program, and site services.
Build the preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements and site history, then hold the schedule.
Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice.
Partner with construction and commissioning so new capacity hands over to operations clean.

You've built or rebuilt a preventive maintenance program and can show the reliability improvement it produced.
You manage vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
You've taken buildings over from construction and know what a bad handover costs.
