This position oversees the finances, profitability, and day-to-day construction putback of projects from inception through completion and has primary responsibility for managing client expectations. Overseeing the project relationships with our clients, providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership. Managers also foster a high-performance and fulfilling team environment that drives the collaboration our projects thrive on to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and exceeds client expectations.
Position Summary:
The Estimator in the restoration and reconstruction industry is responsible for assessing and preparing cost estimates for projects related to the restoration and rebuilding of properties damaged by water, fire, storms, or other disasters. The role involves reviewing property damage, developing detailed estimates for repairs or reconstruction, working with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and project managers, and ensuring that all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.

Salary: $70,000-plus uncapped commission
