The Project Cost Analyst will govern project cost baselines, WBS coding, and weekly reconciliation of commitments versus actuals across all cost systems. They are responsible for the end-to-end AFE and Capex authorization process, including cash flow modeling and lender draw support.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–6 years of project controls or cost engineering experience on large-scale capital construction projects. Proficiency in PMIS platforms, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with construction contracts and financial reporting are required.
