The Senior Designer leads the design team to provide consultative services, helping customers select flooring and accessories while managing projects from inquiry to installation. They are responsible for building lasting customer relationships, scheduling appointments, and achieving sales goals through expert design advice.
Candidates must have a degree in interior design or at least 6 years of relevant experience, along with strong retail or sales skills. Proficiency in basic mathematics, computer software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment are required.
Floor & Decor Sr. Designer leads our design team and provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve. At Floor & Decor Senior Designers are responsible for meeting with customers, listening to their project needs, educating them on all that is required for their project, and building a creative design concept that incorporates the customers personal style, lifestyle, and budget.
