The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance, cleanliness, and overall wellbeing of the apartment community. This role includes grounds maintenance, common area upkeep, and valet trash collection services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining community standards.
Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; bend/stoop, twist, squat/kneel, crouch, or crawl; climb and balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
