Perform pre-delivery inspections and aftermarket upfitting installations on commercial vehicles, including wiring, lighting, and fabrication. Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards while maintaining an organized workspace using 5S principles.
Requires 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience or current enrollment in a technical school. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, use power tools, and work in both shop and outdoor environments.
Our Rental Technicians at PTR are the lifeblood of our operations. They are responsible for many of the pre-delivery upfitting and inspections. Working together with team members, our experienced technicians perform hundreds of aftermarket installations per month to keep our customized rental fleet working.
