Full job description
Hello. It’s nice to meet you.
If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. We can’t promise where you’ll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started.
Are you ready for this?
At the All Weather Group, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and make an impact in big and small ways. We won’t hold your hand, but we will have your back in helping you build the skills, experience and career you deserve.
We’re currently hiring a Regional Manager for our Installation Services. As Regional Manager, Installation Services, you'll lead our two Alberta Customer Solution Centres, bringing together sales, operations, and customer experience to deliver exceptional results. You'll develop high-performing teams, drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and create outstanding customer experiences from the first conversation through final installation, all while ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is hands-on leadership for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving challenges, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
On any given day, the Regional Manager, Installation Services is responsible to:
Lead and develop sales and operational teams across two Alberta Customer Solution Centres (Edmonton and Calgary).
Drive regional sales growth by coaching, mentoring, and supporting high-performing sales teams.
Establish sales and operational goals while monitoring performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
Ensure consistent use of CRM tools, sales processes, and reporting to support business growth.
Champion an exceptional customer experience by leading service excellence and resolving complex customer concerns.
Partner with Operations and Installation leaders to ensure installation capacity, quality workmanship, and consistent execution across the customer journey.
Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and community stakeholders while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable performance and support sound financial decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Are you built for this?
We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because who you are is just as important as what you can do. Here’s who and what we’re looking for.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7–10 years of business-to-consumer sales and leadership experience.
Experience in the window and door industry is considered a strong asset.
Experience in residential construction, building products, or home improvement is an asset.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and developing others.
Ability to travel regularly between our Edmonton and Calgary Customer Solution Centres, with occasional travel to other locations as business needs require. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must provide a satisfactory driver's abstract and successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
You'll thrive in this role if you demonstrate:
Leadership & People Development – Builds engaged, high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and developing others to reach their full potential.
Customer & Business Focus – Balances exceptional customer experiences with achieving sales, operational, and business objectives.
Results & Accountability – Takes ownership of decisions, delivers on commitments, and consistently achieves measurable results.
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – Prioritizes effectively, makes sound decisions, and develops practical solutions that improve performance and quality.
Communication & Relationship Building – Builds trust through clear communication, collaboration, and effective negotiation with customers, partners, and teams.
Planning & Execution – Organizes work, manages competing priorities, and ensures projects and daily operations are delivered efficiently and on time.
Let’s get after it.
Every day at All Weather is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and move one step closer to your goals. If you’re interested in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless of the criteria we’ve asked for. Please visit our careers page to get started now https://allweatherathome.ca/careers/
What’s in it for you?
Our story
It all began in 1978 in Edmonton, Alberta when a farmer, a salesman and a railroader created All Weather Windows. More than 45-years later, we’ve grown into a group of companies still proudly serving residential and commercial customers across Western Canada. We make premium products right here on home soil, designed and tested for Canada's harshest weather conditions, delivered with the promise of performance and style. Our purpose to Never Stop Building is a testament to the character of our people, because we’re always striving and always looking for fellow “builders”, just like you. Diverse by design.
From day one, diversity has been our greatest source of strength. Today, we’re a company where 55 languages are proudly spoken, with the skill of an international community reflected in all of our products and services. We have people who’ve been with us for generations and we’re an open door to new comers, first timers and everyone in-between. We’re continuously working to build and promote an inclusive environment that attracts, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity and inclusion by every definition. Where everyone can bring their best and full selves to work, because what makes you different, makes all the difference to us.
The ability to make an impact.
The All Weather Group is a place where potential finds opportunity, leadership truly listens and the ability to make an impact has nothing to do with your title. We know none of us are better, smarter or stronger than all of us. So, we invite people at all levels of the organization to speak up, chip in and put ideas into action to help shape our work, careers and company.
A culture of connection and care.
People are the beating heart of our tight-knit community, so their growth is an important way we live up to our purpose, to never stop building. We view wellness as being about the whole person and have designed our programs to support physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing at work and in our lives outside of All Weather.
We make a difference.
We’re honoured to have been recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies 14 years in a row. But, we also know that we’re far from perfect. We’re committed to positively impacting careers, lives and communities across Canada and proudly give back in four key areas; strengthening families, providing shelter, supporting education and, health and wellness. Over the years this has included charitable giving, partnerships, employee volunteerism and supporting families in need, but one thing never changes – we show up for the moments that matter. If you’re passionate about creating a positive impact too, we need your voice to help grow this proud cultural tradition, because our work here is never done.
