The Client Manager is responsible for securing and managing land development projects while serving as the primary liaison between clients and production leads. They oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality standards, budgets, and schedules are met.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a valid Colorado PE license. A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.

Our in-house staff of talented engineers, surveyors, and support personnel enables us to respond quickly to demanding assignments, project schedules, and changing project scopes. With an annual Net Revenue of $18.5 million in 2025, JR Engineering currently has 100 employees with plans to grow to 120 employees over the next 3-5 years.
Job Summary:
The Client Manager for Land Development in Colorado Springs is charged with securing and managing projects and for the primary relationship with the client. The Client Manager will plan, organize, direct, and control engineering projects from concept through design and construction. The Client Manager also ensures project goals and objectives are accomplished and quality standards are met within established timeframes and budget constraints.
