Requires 3-5+ years of construction safety experience in commercial or industrial environments with strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards. Must possess a valid driver's license and experience working within general contractor-managed sites.

Velociti is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to lead safety efforts on a large-scale data center construction project in Abilene, Texas. This is a hands-on field leadership role supporting cable installation and low-voltage construction activities on one of the most exciting sectors in the industry today.

As the Safety Coordinator, you will serve as the primary on-site safety resource for Velociti. You'll partner closely with field personnel, foremen, project leadership, and General Contractor safety teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and maintain a safe work environment throughout all phases of construction.
This role carries the authority to stop work whenever unsafe conditions or imminent hazards are identified.
Location: Abilene, TX (On-Site)
Travel: Rotation schedule available for non-local candidates (Home every 3–4 weeks)
Relocation: Strongly preferred
Important: Direct construction site safety experience is required. Candidates without active commercial or industrial construction safety experience will not be considered.
