What You'll Own
This isn't just data entry - you're the one holding every job accountable to the finish line.
- Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Monitor job status, work-in-progress, and audit compliance across an active caseload
- Build preliminary estimates and prepare accurate job file documentation
- Serve as the go-to liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and our field technicians

- 1–3 years of experience in this or a similar role preferred
