Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 10+ years of production home building experience, including at least one year at a Director level. Must be a licensed contractor with extensive experience in Build Pro and both vertical and horizontal construction.
The Vice President of Construction manages and leads the construction team through the construction process, from start to completion of homes. The Vice President of Construction provides on-time delivery of high-quality homes while balancing the financial objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in the direction and management of the construction process and overall field management.
Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $150,000 - $200,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
