This role involves working independently or leading hoisting and shaft design work on complex, large-scale, iconic, deep-level projects across the full project lifecycle, and includes some flagship projects as well as international exposure. The successful candidate will assist with developing and implementing best-in-class engineering practices, tools, and innovations, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, and will include the ability to make influential decisions within the Hoisting and Shaft design space at Stantec.
