We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Creative Department.

 Responsibilities:

• To support the team’s fashion shows by handling model casting, booking and onsite arrangement of models.
• To act as a backstage gatekeeper at fashion fairs and events by managing the backstage setup, model roosters and logistic arrangement with HKCEC and other vendors for transportation, security, venue booking and catering etc.
• To support the team’s fashion photo shoots for online and offline promotion. Onsite support is needed.
• To work with the team in proposing and executing ideas for online promotion via social media channels and website.
• To assist the team in boosting social media, guest invitation and propose and execute marketing ideas /activities to promote the team’s fashion events. 
• To provide administrative/ secretarial support to department head, handle purchase order and expense workflows and control the inventory for the team.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in lifestyle and fashion management / online marketing promotion / public relations, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Passionate about promoting local fashion designers and be highly innovative and flexible in event planning. 
• Experience in social media marketing a definite advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail. Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Self-motivated and innovative with good interpersonal and project management skills
• Organized, meticulous, able to work multi-task independently and meet tight deadlines

Tentative contract period: 13 July 2026 – 8 September 2026

 Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
