Leads the design tech pack communication to vendors, technician team to start product development.
Develops new material, including leather, fabric, hardware, and all accessories.
Monitors and corrects sampling outcome to meet design intent.
Manages all delivery and timing needs for all prototypes in development, salesman and pilot production.
Participated in product hand over to Production and QA team.
Capable to partner with vendors, design, QA, and production team to explore solution for problems.
Organizes material and product testing to ensure both meet quality and testing specifications.
Cost validation and applies cost engineering where needed to meet price targets.
Prepare reports on time to analyses the material and product development tracking.
