The role involves managing filing systems, performing accurate data entry, and providing administrative support for attendance records. Additionally, the assistant will support the team with various ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks.
Candidates should hold a Higher Diploma or Diploma and possess 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required, with a preference for those available immediately.

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
