What will you be doing in this role:
Support business analysis activities by documenting, structuring, and formalising business processes, operating models, and business requirements.
Assist in preparing high-quality business analysis deliverables, including process descriptions, functional requirements, use cases, and analysis documentation.
Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
Ensure business documentation is clear, complete, consistent, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to business process analysis, requirements management, and documentation activities to support project planning and delivery.
Support decision-making by preparing structured documentation, maintaining business analysis artefacts, and ensuring alignment with project standards and methodologies.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field with proven experience minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, documentation or project support roles for sourcing and procurement services.
Experience in documenting business processes, requirements or structured deliverables.
Good knowledge of business analysis and documentation practices.
Experience in process documentation and requirements structuring techniques.
Good understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes.
Strong ability to structure and document business information.
Experience supporting workshops and capturing business inputs.
Experience working in structured project or programme environments.
Good command of spoken and written English (B2).
