The CMDB Steward is responsible for the governance, quality, and availability of configuration information within the CMDB. This includes managing Configuration Items, coordinating workflows, and collaborating with ITIL teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and significant experience in configuration management or ITSM tools. Proficiency in French and English, along with knowledge of ITIL concepts and discovery tools, is required.

DESCRIPTION DE POSTE
Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités au Luxembourg, nous recherchons un(e) CMDB Steward pour assurer la gouvernance, la qualité et la disponibilité des informations de configuration au sein de notre Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Le/la CMDB Steward travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes ITIL, les responsables d'applications, les équipes d'infrastructure et les parties prenantes métiers pour garantir l'exactitude des données, la conformité des processus et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de configuration.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Gérer et maintenir la CMDB : création, mise à jour, enrichissement et archivage des Config Items (CI) conformément aux standards définis.
Assurer la qualité des données : réaliser des contrôles réguliers, corriger les incohérences et mettre en place des tableaux de bord de qualité.
Coordonner les processus de gestion de configuration : définir et faire respecter les workflows d’enregistrement, de validation et de changement des CI.
Collaborer avec les équipes de changement et d'incident : fournir les informations de configuration pertinentes pour l’analyse d’impact et la résolution d’incidents/problèmes.
Contribuer aux projets d’intégration et d’automatisation : supporter les synchronisations entre sources d’inventaire (ITSM, discovery tools, CMDB tools) et participer aux développements d’ETL/API.
Documenter les procédures et former les utilisateurs : rédiger des guides, animer des sessions de sensibilisation et assurer le support opérationnel pour les gestionnaires de CI.
Mesurer et améliorer : définir des KPIs CMDB, produire des rapports réguliers et proposer des plans d’action pour améliorer la fiabilité des données.
VOTRE PROFIL
Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+3/5 en informatique, systèmes d’information ou équivalent, vous disposez d’une première expérience significative en gestion de configuration, ITSM ou administration d’outils CMDB (ServiceNow CMDB, CMDBuild, BMC Atrium, iTop, etc.).
Vous maîtrisez les concepts ITIL (notamment Configuration Management / Service Asset Management) et vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus de gestion des changements, des incidents et des actifs IT.
Compétences techniques et qualités requises :
Expérience avec des outils de discovery, d’intégration et d’API (ex. discovery tools, SCCM, LDAP, REST API).
Capacité d’analyse et rigueur pour maintenir la qualité des données.
Bonnes compétences de communication et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers.
Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer des priorités multiples.
Maîtrise du français et anglais indispensable
