The Marketing Officer coordinates and executes marketing communication initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and event management. They are also responsible for generating marketing reports, managing creative agency relationships, and supervising the Marketing Assistant.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, with bank marketing experience preferred. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, project management, and creative software is essential for this role.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication initiatives for the Bank. General duties include the generation of periodic and customized reports as needed by Bank, providing marketing support for profit centers, and coordinating Bank’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is also responsible for providing general support for department projects and for supervising the Marketing Assistant.
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the annual salary range of $60,000 - $70,000. Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
