Responsable de brindar soporte administrativo, operativo y de gestión de proveedores para el área de Importación y Exportación NORLA de Bayer Crop Science, asegurando la continuidad de los servicios relacionados con comercio exterior y logística internacional.
Esta posición tendrá contacto principal con proveedores externos como agentes aduanales, freight forwarders, navieras, transportistas, certificadoras, laboratorios y otros prestadores de servicios, así como con clientes internos clave como Cuentas por Pagar, Impuestos, Compliance, Finanzas, Procurement y áreas usuarias.
Su propósito es asegurar:
para contribuir a operaciones eficientes, cumplidas y alineadas con los estándares de Bayer.
Relación cercana con equipos regionales y locales para el seguimiento de:
Alcance regional NORLA, con foco en el soporte administrativo de operaciones de importación y exportación para Crop Science, incluyendo:
Gestionar y dar seguimiento oportuno al procesamiento y pago de facturas de proveedores relacionados con comercio exterior y logística internacional.
Responsabilidades:
Administrar reportes, análisis e información relevante para la toma de decisiones del área de Import & Export NORLA.
