The Role
This role is responsible for managing pricing activities for the LATAM portfolio, ensuring price accuracy, supporting special pricing authorizations, and providing analytical insights that help the commercial team make informed business decisions.
This role reports to the Product and Marketing Manager.
The key stakeholders are the LATAM Commercial team, Product and Marketing team, Supply Chain and regional teams supporting Mexico, CCA, and South Cone opportunities.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate pricing data, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
About the Team
This role is part of the Product and Marketing LATAM team, supporting pricing strategy, commercial execution, and operational excellence across the region.
The goals of this team are to support profitable growth, maintain competitive and accurate pricing, enable timely quote responses, and provide data-driven insights that improve decision-making for the LATAM business.
Members of this team have backgrounds that include Electric, Electronic, Industrial Engineering and Marketing.
Growth on these team/future opportunities includes taking ownership of pricing processes, improving digital tools, supporting regional pricing strategy, and contributing to broader commercial and product management initiatives.

Day in the Life
Your time will primarily be spent managing LATAM portfolio pricing, reviewing and processing special price authorizations, maintaining pricing information in internal systems, and supporting commercial teams with accurate and timely pricing guidance.
You will generate Power BI reports to track quotation trends and pricing behavior, update Sales Deals in SAP for CCA, support RDW tender analysis, maintain the Pricing App and develop new software tools to support the pricing strategy.
Your success will be measured by pricing accuracy, timely support to commercial requests, quality of reporting and analysis, process compliance, system reliability, and contribution to profitable business decisions.
Experience
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, product management, finance analysis, sales operations, or a related analytical role. Academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
You are familiar with SAP, Power BI, PowerApps, Salesforce or CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
You are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
It would be a plus to have experience in the lighting industry, public tenders, LATAM commercial processes, pricing governance, or digital business tools.

You will succeed at Current by: becoming a trusted pricing partner for the LATAM business, improving pricing data accuracy, strengthening reporting visibility through Power BI, maintaining effective pricing tools and processes, and supporting profitable decisions for quotations, special pricing, tenders, and regional commercial initiatives.
