About the role
This busy and vital role ensures high-quality administrative support while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff within the MercyCare Residential Aged Care facility. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility and help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for everyone. This is a Permanent Part-Time Opportunity working Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm.
About you
You work well in a busy environment, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure. You take a proactive approach, pay attention to detail, and put customers first. You enjoy working with others, build positive relationships, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Your key experience will include:
- Certificate III in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in administration, customer service, or business support
- Availability for on-call and weekend rotating roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service with a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and online systems skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
