This busy and vital role ensures high-quality administrative support while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff within the MercyCare Residential Aged Care facility. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility and help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for everyone. This is a Permanent Part-Time Opportunity working Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm.
You work well in a busy environment, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure. You take a proactive approach, pay attention to detail, and put customers first.
