Assist in planning and directing resident services programs and activities for a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing the Touchtown platform, escorting residents to outings, and potentially acting as the interim Resident Lifestyle Facilitator.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and 1-3 months of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for working with the senior population are required.
JOB SUMMARY: Assist to plan, develop and direct the overall operation of the resident services department in accordance with regulatory guidelines and our established policies and procedures. At the discretion of Administration, the Resident Lifestyle Facilitator Assistant may be required to act as the interim Resident Lifestyle Facilitator in the event of their absence or vacant position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster and its’ communities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a high school diploma.
Experience and Basic Knowledge:
1-3 months related experience.
Computer literate a must.
