The Business Systems Specialist Associate supports the optimization and maintenance of business systems with a focus on leveraging no-code database(s) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. As a member of the Innovation team, this role collaborates with departments across the firm to understand workflow needs, support the implementation of tailored solutions, and assist in maintaining effective and scalable business processes.
The Business Systems Specialist Associate also provides ongoing system and process support to help ensure the reliable and efficient operation of internal business systems and contributes to the successful execution of team and firm-wide strategic initiatives.

Assist with the design, maintenance, and enhancement of no-code database(s) to support departmental and firm-wide business needs.

Assist with system integrations and data management activities, helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and connectivity across business platforms.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of system and integration-related issues as needed.

Provide user support for business systems and technology platforms, helping answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
Assist in the development of user documentation, training materials, and process resources to support effective system utilization.
Reporting & Analytics
Support reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis activities, helping teams monitor business processes, operational performance, and key business metrics.

Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation, with strong attention to detail and execution.
