Your future role

Support the Training Manager to execute all aspects of training administration and training logistic as required.
Maintaining an accurate database, tracking all training, as well as managing all competencies that have been passed successfully. This position will act as a Key User and maintain all records accurately as well as create profiles for new starters and archive profiles as required.
Support the Training Team to distribute evidence of training completion upon course completion, as well as producing digital and physical certificates for all successful trainees.
Maintain digital evidence of all training in an organised Share Point accessible by cross-functional teams.
Submit in advance any government documentation required for scheduled training sessions
Produce weekly/monthly reports to highlight training progress and completion rates as well as accurately monitor all renewable training sessions in advance of their expiry dates.
Support the Training team in document preparation for both internal and external distribution
Support the Training Manager to provide data for monthly reports, and regular meetings.
Promote and support Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards in Alstom workplace.
