The Inventory Officer is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and performing reconciliations within warehouse operations. They also coordinate with various departments to generate performance reports and support continuous improvement projects.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities:
-Control and maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse operations.
-Monitor and resolve daily inventory discrepancies (Backflush & COGI).
-Analyze inventory variance and identify root causes. -Review inventory control reports and prepare weekly/monthly summaries.
-Perform inventory reconciliation and support cycle count activities.
-Coordinate with Warehouse, Production and related departments.
-Generate reports and present inventory performance.
-Support continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy.
-Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in SAP.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
-1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse or Logistics.
-Experience using SAP is required.
-Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of Inventory Control processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Able to travel to work independently (No company transportation provided).
