1. Recruitment Strategy and Selection

• Plan and execute recruitment activities for Back Office positions in alignment with each department's manpower plan.
• Create and manage job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through Manatal ATS to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and interviewers, including interview schedules, locations, and online interview systems.
• Follow up on interview results and candidate evaluations with hiring departments to support timely hiring decisions.
• Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Job Structure and Employment Documentation

• Coordinate with all departments to create job descriptions for new positions.
• Review and update existing job descriptions to ensure they remain accurate and aligned with current business needs.
• Prepare employment contracts and related hiring documents for approval in compliance with company policy and labor law requirements.
• Verify and collect all required new employee documents before the employee's start date.
• Ensure employee hiring documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

3. Recruitment Cost Management and Probation Administration

• Prepare and submit approval documents related to recruitment expenses.
• Manage recruitment-related cost tracking and expense reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate payment and reimbursement processes for contractors or outsourced employees where applicable.
• Monitor and manage the employee probation evaluation process systematically.
• Maintain employee information and manage relevant access rights through the Lark system.

4. Reporting and Data Analysis

• Update manpower plan data, vacant positions, recruitment status, turnover rate, and other related HR information on a regular basis.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide data updates to support HR and business decision-making.
• Track recruitment progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure hiring activities are completed within the required timeline.
• Analyze recruitment-related information to support process improvement and hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting Back Office positions is preferred.
• Experience using Manatal ATS and Lark will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and basic labor law related to hiring and employment documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional, mature, and able to manage the full-cycle recruitment process independently.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to follow up on multiple tasks effectively.
• Possesses a Growth Mindset and willingness to continuously improve recruitment processes.
