The Pharmacy Technician Lead provides leadership over technicians in their work area and assists with the management of staff and pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include overseeing operational activities, training new personnel, and ensuring quality improvement and patient care.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Candidates must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) and registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.
Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
