The Community Participation Associate supports adults in developing employment skills and achieving greater independence through community inclusion. They identify individual strengths and interests to negotiate with potential employers and coordinate necessary community supports.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with basic computer skills and effective communication abilities. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required, along with the ability to complete certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration.
